The Suncoast Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council empowers women across the building industry through leadership, education, mentorship, and meaningful connections. As a council of the Suncoast Builders Association, PWB supports women at every stage of their careers, celebrates their achievements, and inspires the next generation of industry leaders.
From its annual gift exchange to cooking classes, yoga classes, wine tastings, and more, PWB brings professionals together in welcoming settings that encourage conversation, collaboration, and lasting friendships. Alongside professional development and advocacy, these experiences create a supportive community where women can share ideas, build confidence, and grow personally and professionally while strengthening the future of the Suncoast’s building industry.
